You'll oversee day-to-day shop activities, support technicians and help keep repairs moving efficiently.

You'll diagnose, repair and maintain commercial tractors and trailers.

You'll prepare trucks for inspection, maintenance and repair while supporting technicians.

You'll inspect, repair and replace commercial truck tires.

You'll manage inventory and coordinate parts orders to keep repairs moving.

You'll prepare estimates, process invoices and maintain accurate repair documentation.

You'll lead Operations, Safety and Orientation while driving performance and service quality.

You'll oversee Operations Support Coordinators and daily operational activities.

You'll support drivers and coordinate operational communication.

You'll lead the Safety team and strengthen our safety culture.

You'll coach drivers and support compliance with safety standards.

You'll own the orientation process, deliver training and prepare new drivers for success.

You'll coordinate the administrative and logistical side of onboarding.
